What I Like:

Design

The Nautilus T616 comes with structural beams that support the frame to minimize vibrations and wobble underfoot. It is powered by a 3.0 HP motor that runs quiet and sits under the motor hood on the front of the deck, so you can fold the treadmill vertically. This powerful motor offers a smooth operation for the incline and speed adjustments.

This model has two handlebars on both sides of the deck. The handlebars have a coating to prevent moisture and sweat build-up. The treadmill also has a curved horizontal support bar that holds the heart rate sensors that transmit your HR to the console screen.

It has a 20″x 60″ deck that offers enough stride length for jogging. However, this may not be an ideal choice for runners who do a sprint or run long distances at a fast pace. The running deck is equipped with StrikeZone cushioning to help absorb impact and minimize joint compression and fatigue.

Technology

The T616 treadmill has two displays that show different metrics. The smaller screen displays your fitness score, distance, and heart rate. The larger screen displays time, heart rate, distance, speed, your current program, and incline. Both screens are backlit blue and have white digital numbers that are easy to read. What’s more, it has enhanced Bluetooth connectivity that helps users to use other app-based tracking tools like MyFitnessPal, Explore the World, and more.

Ease of Use

With this treadmill, it’s easy to find a treadmill that suits your fitness level. The programs include 1 manual, 3 Quick Goal, 6 Train, 5 Weight Control, 4 Heart Health, and 3 intervals. It also has 4 customizable programs to help you personalize your workout experience.

Performance

The Nautilus T616 is perfect for jogging and walking. With a 300 lbs weight capacity, it may not suit some heavy users, but the quiet motor provides a max speed of 12 MPH. The running deck has a 15% incline for hill and incline training. The Bluetooth function allows you to sync with third-party apps for an immersive workout experience.

Exercise programs

This treadmill has 26 preloaded programs that are simple, easy to use, and offer excellent training options. You will find programs for hill work, calorie burn, speed, distance, fat burn, and intervals.

Storage

The Nautilus T616 folds in half when not in use. The deck can lock vertically against the console to help save floor space. Additionally, the locking mechanism is strong, so kids and pets won’t unlock it.

Weight Capacity

This treadmill model has a weight capacity of 300 pounds which can comfortably handle heavy users.

Warranty

The T616 treadmill has a 10-year warranty on frame and motor, 2 years on mechanical and electronic parts, and 1 year on labor.
