What I Like:

Design:

Apart from impressive features and functionality, the ProForm Pro 9000 comes with sturdy construction and a solid frame. It is built on an all-steel frame that gives it a sturdy feel. The 20″ x60″ belt gives sufficient room for running. The 20″ width allows you to stretch your strides while sprinting, and the 60-inch long running belt makes it ideal for tall runners.

The Pro 9000 comes with a ReBound Pro Cushioning system that absorbs impact while running and makes your workouts enjoyable and comfortable. This machine is powered by a 4.2 CHP motor that is higher than what you’d expect in treadmills for home use. It has a good incline/decline range of -3% to 12%. Although most treadmills have incline capabilities, only a few treadmills come with a decent decline function.

The best thing about this treadmill is that it feels stable and sturdy even at the highest speed settings. However, it may be noisier than less powerful treadmills since it has a strong, commercial-grade motor.

Ease of Use:

Thanks to the quick-speed controls and large display, this treadmill is very easy to use. You will be able to easily swipe through the settings, instructors, and workouts to find the exercise that suits you best. The quick speed controls allow you to change the speed settings without disrupting your workouts. The simple controls make running intervals easy and more efficient; this is a plus for runners who prefer incline/decline training.

Exercise programs:

The built-in fitness programs on this treadmill are powered by iFit. It comes with a free one-year family membership to iFit. iFit has a great library of running workouts from intervals to speed runs to distance training.

Storage:

The Pro 9000 has a foldable design that locks securely so it won’t drop onto your pets or children. Additionally, the folding is simple and doesn’t require any tool.
